Bilateral Knee Replacement Surgery

Osteo arthritis had been causing me problems from my early 50s as a keen skier and hiker. I stopped playing tennis and over the years gradually limited my skiing and hiking activities as the disease progressed. I managed the pain with anti inflammatory drugs and physio. I developed a limp and it became difficult to sleep. I came to point when I was going to stop skiing and hiking.

I was then introduced to Paul who encouraged me to consider knee replacement surgery. I had my right knee replaced in September 2023 and was back skiing in March 2024. My left knee was replaced in October 2024 and am back skiing this March to a high standard with no pain and no drugs. At 68 years of age I am looking forward to many more years skiing and hiking and will be playing tennis again after 10 years.
