Hip Replacement Surgery

6 months after my second hip replacement and 9 years after my first, I completed the biggest challenge of my life – 5 days of cycling for charity in the Himalayas.

Cycling 60 – 70kms a day in altitude up to 5000metres, I can honestly say, I feel as good, if not better than I did as a 20 year old and without the expertise of Paul Jairaj in fixing my hips, there is no way I would have managed to achieve this once in a lifetime opportunity!
